You can set your speech message, the message displayed when your character speaks, via the first command above. This should involve the placeholder $text as part of the message, which will be substituted out with the actual spoken text. Normal pronoun substitutions apply, and you'll likely want to use %< > brackets around the verb to ensure it displays correctly to other players. You will likely need to include quotes in your final message, which must be escaped by a \ (i.e. they should look like: \").
