Since it does serve such an important use that having them break after every hour would be terribly annoying... Why not add a slightly more infrequent job for the more criminally inclined where they get tossed a few credits to smash 'em?

From what I've seen, and been told by players much more experienced then me, It's fucking impossible to play a good guy completely solo. You're outgunned and vastly outnumbered. In the NCPD you're outnumbered and outgunned as well, of course. But it's a lot cheaper to bounce back. And you have SOME ...

I'm willing to give it a go. But without the NCPD, I'm kinda unable to try.

Well that sucks. I was really looking forward to playing a 'good guy' type character, but there really doesn't seem to be any avenues of doing that effectively at the moment.

Personally, I like the sounds of that quite a bit. Although I am relatively new to the game, which may render my opinion moot.

Hmmmm, I'd certainly be interested in joining with a new character then.

This may be a bit of a stupid question, but I feel the need to ask regardless. Are you ONLY looking for experienced characters? Or will you be accepting recruits right out of CGen?

I was curious if you guys know of any particular resources that could help someone with almost zero coding experience become at least mildly proficient in the use of LambdaMOO, as well as any free server cores that can run on windows?
