Added the @description_split and @options commands.
@description_split will insert line breaks into the descriptions of other characters, based around their clothing and nudity messages. It won't split inside a message, only at the end, so some people will still be spammy as fuck to look at, sorry.
@description_split 1 will split once, 2 will split twice, etc.
@options will just output your current @linelength, @wrap and @description_split settings for now.
