Furniture Customized

Not a big update but a little QOL update to some of you.

In short, players (yes you) can now customize your furniture to a greater extent.
This includes:

@describe
@rename
@addalias
@messages - this varies per furniture type.
AND setting messages from the list noted above list from @messages <item>. This could include messages like, @look_place etc.

NOTE*
-This is ONLY allowable to the renter of the apartment.
-The New Decorative Weapon Racks are exempt from this change.

Some of these options were allowable in game already though I don't think they were ever made public. Who knows. They are now. Enjoy!
