Chargen and nudity updates

Some minor quality of life updates, only announced here because you might miss them otherwise:
@nudity show -- Now allows you to see your @nudity messages pre-parsed as they would be seen in your description while naked. Helpful for working out if you've used the right tokens
Chargen restart now allows you to change and move up or down a tier (if you have access to them). Previously you could only stay on the same tier or move down.
Previous restrictions still apply for Tier3, if you haven't been playing long enough or haven't especially proven yourself, you won't have access to it to begin with (and restart won't let you move up to it).
As an aside, players using @chargen may have, in some edge cases, found themselves locked out of Tier 3 after having previously used it without an issue. If this happens please contact us and we'll fix it.
