Since I felt like doing bullshit things instead of real work:
emote and tabletalk (and tt emote, tt `say etc) now all properly handle people wearing voice modulators and being high on certain drugs that screw with peoples ability to talk.
Previously these systems all ignored the above, which allowed people to (deliberately or not) communicate while circumventing modulators / drug effects.
If you notice any bugs (except the one with pose cutting off an opening quote, that wasn't me) please let us know.
