Previously tickets weren't properly tracked between character slots (and your personal record of them could be lost if you made a ticket in a slot that was cleaned up by your character dying and you returning to a vacationed character).
If you're one of the people previously affected, you should now see tickets in your list that you've previously lost, or that are from your other character slot.
At the moment tickets from your other characters with comments (for older tickets) will show your other characters short description. I'm not able to fix this right now, but at least you have access to your old tickets.
Please don't report bugs about that short description showing up, but if there's other issues with the change let us know.
EDIT: If anything's happened where valid tickets disappear, or invalid tickets appear, that's what I'm looking for. Because of resurrecting old lost tickets (that still exist) there may have been some issues here and there.

Re: Another bug/request ticket update
All of the names / short descriptions for old ticket comments should now be fixed. I can't check every single ticket, but it should now read as the submitters OOC handle.
If there's issues here, please let me know.

Re: Another bug/request ticket update
Turns out some of the recovery was incomplete. That should now be rectified.
Most people already would have regained their lost tickets, but a few people here and there still had a couple orphaned from another issue that I didn't fix at the time.
Only a few people here and there will see extra tickets (about 1-3 depending on the person), one or two people wound up with... uh... 10+ recovered tickets.
Admittedly, many of those recovered tickets probably still haven't been updated, but then there's also a lot of them that we HAVE updated and seen no response on in the entire time (because the players couldn't see them anymore), so might be able to mark a lot of them off as done.
If you are one of the people who has wound up with a massive list of tickets, I can understand how it would be annoying. We do appreciate the submissions, and see a few players just ignoring bugs here and there and not reporting them (even though we see some of them when they happen).
If you would prefer to not have to get spammed with the entire list every time you log in (or every time you check @tickets), drop me a line and I'll look into adding an optional limit to the display count (you'll still be able to see them all, you'll just only get spammed with the most recent 10 or so as an example unless you want more).
